We have employed very strict COVID-19 safety practices, including limited client assignments. Every provider wears PPE when on shift and providing client care. Temperatures are taken and a disinfecting wipe down is conducted at the start of each shift. It is our policy to review COVID test results for all clients recently discharged from a hospital or rehab setting. We also offer virtual assessments for family meetings and client intake.

The steps to securing homecare are really easy. During an initial assessment, our intake specialist will speak with you to help determine which services are right.

Assessments may be done over the phone, in our office, or at the service location.

After the initial assessment, we’ll complete your Service Agreement and schedule a caregiver to begin.

Our team of Nurses and professional caregivers are eager and ready to provide home care services including skilled services, companion care, personal care, light housekeeping, cooking, appointment escort, bathing and dressing, incontinent care, medication administration, and more.

We are also happy to provide referrals for additional professional services, including handyman, deep housekeeping, landscaping, and more!

All of our professional caregivers must undergo and pass a comprehensive background screening prior to beginning service.

Because services are customized to meet individual needs, the cost of care will vary. Our fees are based on levels of care, frequency of service and service location.

Home health services are based on physician referral and billed to managed care.

Medicare doesn’t cover the hourly cost of homecare services. However, there are factors to determine Medicare Eligibility, which must be documented and submitted by your physician.

We offer skilled home health services that are covered by Medicare and other managed care plans.
